We handcraft most of our products in small, limited batches, so every piece feels special. We also choose to work with local businesses for our ingredients, supporting the community around us. Because of this, certain items may sometimes be unavailable at short notice. If that happens, we’ll include a thoughtfully chosen substitute of the same kind, with equal or greater value, and as close as possible to your original choice. We’ll only ever substitute when the quality and look are up to our very high standards, so your experience is never compromised.
