To whom it may concern,

Re. Subject kindly find attached pictures of the order recieved.

Eventhough your sourdough bread is good, under the order #: OL-4034, (mentioned in the email sen to you on the 4th of September), one of the loafs of bread (Multi-Grain) was recieved in the condition as shown in the attached pictures (Fungus), in the email.

The Multi-Grain bread packing has not been opened and seal is intact.
It has not been kept in a humid environment.
It has been kept sealed in the refrigerator in which we store other breads as well.
The refrigerator is temperature controlled especially for breads.

Sadly there has been no response from your side until now..

As a regular customer would appreciate if this Multi grain loaf can be replaced.

This is the first time that I have recieved bread with fungus.

Appreciate your coorporation in this matter.
